NEW WALK REGISTRATION POLICIES
Before we begin training for the next set of walks we will need at least 10 pilgrims registered for each the men's and women's walks
3 months before the walks begin.  The deadline for the March walks would be December 1st. 

It was further decided by action of the board of directors that no applications will be accepted after the February 15th, 2007 for the March walks, and that we will consider a walk full with 30 pilgrims.  If we do not have the required 20 pilgrims for either of the walks, that walk will be cancelled.

Please don't procrastinate in sponsoring pilgrims --- get the applications in NOW.  If there is any reason that a pilgrim cannot attend as the walk date approaches, full refunds will be made of any fees paid.
